The asset manager will visit the hotel on an ongoing basis to ensure that the management team is effectively managing, marketing and maintaining the hotel.
Reviewing annual budget proposals and oversight of capital expenditure
The asset manager participates in the development and approval process of the annual sales and marketing business plan, capital improvement plan, and operating budget as permitted by the terms of the management contract.
Align the interest of Ownership and Operator
The asset manager acts as an owner's representative to ensure that the operator is in compliance with operating agreements (management & franchise) including contractual clauses, terms and conditions, reporting requirements, fee payments and services provided.
